The twin-screw extruder is made up of the feeding system, extruding system, cuttingg system, heating system, transmission system and controlling system. We will feed material from the deeding machine and get the tissuse state by inflating the material and the machine battel must be high temoerature, high pressure and high cutting. The materisl can be sterilized by the high temperature and high pressure and make the product safe. This equipment has the wide material, multi-shape products and flexible collocations. We can produce the different products according to the different models and collications. <h4> Raw material:</h4> Wheat flour, corn powder, rice powder and other grains powder. <h4> Products:</h4> This extruder is suitable for producing puffing snacks food, bread crumbs, breakfast cereals, corn flakes, artificial rice, modified starch, baby rice powder, and dog pet feed and so on. The products have various types of shapes.</div></div>

Sectional combined screws are suitable to wide range of materials. The screws have longer lifetime and self-cleaning function. 5.The automatic lubrication system lowers the energy consumption and prolongs the lifespan. 6.Double screws feed equal materials forcibly. 7.Cutting device uses hanging type die seat and linear bearing knife adjusting system, making it safe, accurate and fast in adjusting knives.</div></div>
